Since inception, we have been building our own footprint in China, allowing clients to experience the same level of professional service that they have grown accustomed to in other markets, performing a range of on-the-ground tasks for multinational clients in a wide range of world languages. CANDIS has also for the past year developed commercial agreements with European and American providers to directly support their customers in China.

All of CANDIS' employees have the client's best interest in mind in all their undertakings, nut our Customer Service Department's role is to be a single point of contact for all activities relating to our service delivery. Its sole duty is to liaise with CANDIS' organization to ensure that our clients' issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner, by following up internally and providing you, our client, with precise updates on our progress.
